San Francisco calling

Dear Truffle Friends,

I am so happy to share with you my latest experiences in the US with you! I loved so much this new “truffle experience” in San Francisco!

My friend Melissa Villa invited me for an amazing fundraiser event organized by her organization “Project Pearls” that help kids in the Philippines. I had the pleasure to cook fresh truffles for hundreds people and to sell fresh truffles and truffle products to help their foundation.

It was a great pleasure to speak and collaborate with many wonderful people! I am already looking forward to my next US trip!
