PECORINO E TARTUFO: Pecorino is the classical Italian cheese from sheep and our Pecorino e Tartufo is definitively one of my favourite products! We make the pecorino creamy, add the black truffles and the final result is just delicious. My recommendation: Make a creamy white pasta sauce, add the Pecorino e Tartufo and in the end mix everything with the fresh pasta in the pan - simple, but so good!
Ingredients: Pecorino [(sheep milk, rennet, salt), cow milk, butter], corn starch, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), truffle aroma.
